I really want to buy a set of the new X-10 pulsoids to replace my boring standard set but cant afford / have the time to get them fitted professionally by my local ( or not so as the case would be ) nitrous installer.

Is it a simple case of changing the wires over, putting the jets in the new pulsoids and then plumbing the relevant pipes in? something i could do myself in the garage in 20 minutes?

Or is there adjustments to be made to a newly fitted pulsoid etc etc which requires professional attention?

Also whilst im here, i have std pulsoids with nylon fuel and nitrous lines. Which end fittings for the pulsoids do i need? ( 4mm/5mm etc ).

It might take a bit more than 20 mins but otherwise that's all that's required.

Nope.

If you mean from the outlet end they are 4mm but if you mean the inlet then the nitrous will be 5mm but the fuel could be 4 or 5 depending on how old the system is, so best to measure that.

You don't need a professional attention for that. You just need more than 20 minutes to do all the necessary works for the pipes. That way you can save time, effort and your penny too.
