Ah well - a wet shot is more like nitrous + extra fuel and it doesnt matter what fuel it is petrol or LPG
You could have a petrol pulsoid and an LPG pulsoid - when on petrol the petrol one works, when on LPG the lpg one works. The pulsoids would have to be separate as they will need different jets to get the mix right. This is lots of money for extra parts and hassle but it would be cool!
PERSONALLY - I would plumb in using LPG and leave the engine to run on whatever it is using at the time. The only thing to ensure is that there is NO WAY you can run the nitrous without LPG to the fuel side. Also make sure you don't run lean when on nitrous.
Batty has used LPG on his bike nitrous system while the engine is running petrol. I use LPG for engine and nitrous - no petrol.
Quick description of my setup - car has the engine at the back and the fuel tank at the front. The fuel line is an 8mm copper pipe which flows more than enough for a turbocharged 1.3 and nitrous. It feeds liquid propane to the back of the car. Here I have a T. One side goes to a solenoid and feeds the evaporator to feed the engine LPG vapour. The other side goes to another solenoid which feeds the nitrous system. The nitrous system feeds liquid nitrous and liquid LPG into the crossfire just after my throttle body and sprays into the intake there. I have a fuel pressure gauge to ensure the pressure is constant on the lpg - My tank is usually at 115 psi when I am racing.
Figure11 has an Audi he is using LPG on and he has run separate lines for his engine and nitrous - big v8 engine with a 4 hole LPG tank.
ALTHOUGH - you are just as justified using petrol as the fuel
You could use just petrol for the nitrous as well - again make sure that you have fuel available at the right pressure all the time when wanting to use the nitrous. If your engine is on LPG then make sure the petrol is still flowing to the nitrous system!
Its more about what you want to set up and if you can connect the LPG easily and safely. The petrol is easier as its lower pressure but the LPG works just as well!
