While power tools are extremely helpful, they also produce gratuitous amounts of noise and vibrations. Using power tools without hearing protection over a long period of time can put a person at risk for hearing loss.

EDIT - BAN PENDING!

Whilst a Rover V8 and nitrous are extremely helpful. They too produce a shit load of noise.
And dont even get me started on vibrations!! On my PB run from last year the vibration got so bad I came in my pants as I crossed the line. But this is a GOOD thing :)
Using a V8 with nitrous for prolonged periods can seriously harm your vision and cause hair to grow in the palms of your hands ??
For my next attempt at a fast run I sahll be sitting on a foam cushion. I shall have ear plugs fitted. I may even wear a condom so i dont have to get my race pants cleaned.

kaifzenn!!
We get the idea dude!
Prolonged exposure to anything can give side effects.
Prolonged exposure to excessive noise can impair hearing.
............................................Sex can cause Semen depletion.
............................................Politicians can cause numbing of the brain.
............................................Vibration can make you dizzy or excited??
............................................Spammers can put you off Spam.
............................................WON will put a fooking great grin on yer chin :)

Peace and love my H&S friend
